Description

On behalf of our client, a renowned company located in the Bremen area, we are looking for a concept designer for the planning and design department in special machine construction at Pownal Center.

Your responsibilities

In this position, you will support in concept development and design, including assembly fixtures and transportation equipment
You will be responsible for the design and construction of machines and fixtures, as well as the structural design of components and welding assemblies
You will evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions and conduct FEM analyses and risk assessments
You will act as a liaison between departments and coordinate with customers and suppliers
In addition to creating individual parts and assemblies in 3D, you will also be responsible for creating 2D drawings and parts lists
You will revise specifications and create presentations for customer presentations

Your profile

You have a completed university degree or a technical vocational training with further education as a state-certified technician
You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
You are proficient in using a common CAD program, preferably SolidWorks
You also have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office programs
