This is a position that requires the manager to live on site at one of our complexes and is part of your compensation package.

• Friendly and helpful with residents when servicing work orders.
• Troubleshooting and/or repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
• Have a good eye for detail as a large portion of the job is preparing apartments for new tenants.

• Requires a teamoriented person who will safely and efficiently assist in the repair or routine maintenance of rental properties.
• Read written instructions in the language provided (English)
• Must be able to work independently
• Have your own basic tools
• Handle tasks with professionalism
• Pass a preemployment drug testing and background checks
• Can stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, etc.

• 8 hour shift

• Maintenance: 1 year (required)

• Tucson, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
