_Job Summary:

This person will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within our organization. They will help drive the growth of our child care academies.

They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of engagement activities and events to bring together or internal team members and the local community.

You must be passionate about early childhood education and possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies tailored to the child care industry as this person will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, attracting new families, and maintaining strong relationships with our current families and associates.

Understanding the importance of solidifying the relationships with our current families is equally as important in bringing in new leads and working with Directors and AD's/Enrollment Specialists

Hours:
Monday-Friday 40 hours.

8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility to work evening and weekend hours for most events and as required by the owners and Director of Operations.

Travel required, locally between our territories. Must collaborate with the schools for event planning.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (EX: communications, marketing, hospitality)
  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging events.
  • Familiarity with community engagement and corporate social responsibility concepts.
  • Budget management skills.

Working conditions:


  • Will be inside and outside depending on event taking place and stipulations. Within this position travel will be a must between all LLCA locations.
