We surround our technologists with interesting challenges, innovative minds, and emerging technologies. We are actively looking for our next Leader (Director-Senior Director) to lead the GenAI Capability here at Slalom Northern California


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate effectively with account and practice leaders internally to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans
  • In partnership with account leaders and sales executives prospect and qualify client opportunities related to project based work, either originated from the partner ecosystem, Slalom lead generation, or other Slalom connections
  • Establish new client logos for Slalom and support deeper penetration at existing Slalom clients through technology project sales
  • Identify, lead and close Slalom client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle
  • Sell across the entire consulting portfolio
  • Technology, Data and Business Advisory Services
  • Develop and share sales enablement collateral
  • Manage and drive the Slalom sales process help manage negotiations of sales opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with the Market Leadership Team regarding issues that might affect the market's sales
  • Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of Slalom
  • Participate in special projects and sales initiatives
  • Represent Sales in weekly pipeline reviews
  • Identify, develop and host executive briefing
