Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, catheter care, phlebotomy, and neonatal ventilator support
  • Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
  • Assist with medical procedures including sonography and dementia care
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Experience:


  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
  • Experience in specialized areas such as toddler care, dementia care, and neonatal ventilator support
  • Ability to phlebotomize and perform gastric lavage when necessary
