WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TRAINING AT FOUNTAINEBLEAU- As an organizational talent, you will gain intensive knowledge of our administrative and personnel processes, such as selection processes, invoicing procedures, and purchasing conditions.
- During your training, you will take on assistant tasks, such as scheduling appointments, planning and organizing business trips.
- You will gain proficiency in all relevant office programs and office procedures.
- You will learn about the organizational and administrative processes in a publishing house.
- At Fountainebleau, you can choose the qualifications "Human Resources" and "Assistance and Secretariat".
- You have successfully completed a general education school (secondary school), preferably with a focus on business or (vocational) high school diploma.
- As an organizational talent, you enjoy working with commercial processes and supporting in planning and organizational tasks.
- You are familiar with digital media and current office programs and appreciate a modern work environment.
- You are open-minded, sociable, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
- Your talents include excellent spelling and German skills (basic level: language level C1). In addition, you have an interest in political and social issues.
