    SENIOR ATTORNEY

    JOB SUMMARY:
    This is a position as a Senior Attorney in Fort Pierce, FL. This role involves representing the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program in legal proceedings to establish paternity as required and manage child support obligations in various counties.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Member of the Florida Bar.
    • Minimum of two years as an attorney.

    PREFERENCES:

    • Preference may be given to candidates with experience in Child Support and Family Law.
    • Preference may be given to candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish.
