JOB SUMMARY:
This is a Senior Attorney position in the Fort Pierce, FL.
This position will represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in Circuit Court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify and enforce child support obligations in St.
Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Martin counties as needed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
