Responsibilities:

Management skills:

  • Manage and work with data results from data specialists
  • Hold data specialists, development, and support specialists accountable
  • Report to team leader with questions, observations, and ideas for process improvement

Optimization skills:

  • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests for clients
  • Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis
  • Prepare templates/tests for developers for seamless coding plans

Data results & test plan:

  • Use data results to contextualize the hypothesis and create a testing strategy for the client
  • Supervise seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's test plan

Qualifications:

Background and knowledge in:

  • Neuromarketing and psychology

Toolstack:

  • Figma, ClickUp, Slack & similar
