$40 - $80 hourly

Responsibilities:

Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
Uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings
Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital
A valid, stateissued driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree a plus
Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales

Growing from 25 cars a month to 200 he opened a 2nd store in Warsaw, IN. After Great success there his 3rd store came to Rockford, IL. The 4th and 5th stores have just arrived in IN in 2022 as well. We plan to open 1 more in 2024. We opened here in Rockford in December 2020 and have been growing FAST. We specialize in solving transportation problems that most dealerships can't.
