Financial Record-Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Invoicing:


  • Generate and send invoices to clients or customers in accordance with established timelines.

Expense Tracking:


  • Monitor and record all business expenses, categorizing them accurately.

Bank Reconciliation:


  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.

Financial Reporting:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Budget Assistance:


  • Contribute to budget development and assist in monitoring adherence.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Degrees in business finance and accounting will be a plus.
  • Proven 23 years' accounting assistance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial best practices,
  • Knowledge of Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
