Description
We are a growing hospice company searching for an LVN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.Alongside our team, the Nurse will work with the Chaplin, social worker, CNAs, and other nurses to ensure that patients with life-limiting illnesses are taken care of.
This position requires driving around houston and surrounding areas.The duties include but are not limited to
- medication tracking and refills
- weekly vists
- taking vital signs
- reporting to Doctor and DON.
- Timely Documentation
BLS required
Valid LVN license
Job Types:
Part-time, PRN
Pay:
From $60.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
