Seeking Ambitious Bilingual Client Success Representative - Lawn Maintenance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with over the top customer service.
  • Assist clients and co workers in scheduling lawn maintenance services, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information.
  • Effectively communicate, follow and create company policies and procedures to ensure customer understanding to help streamline workflow and operations.
  • Bilingual Support:
  • Utilize bilingual skills to assist and engage with clients and field team in both English and Spanish.
  • Translate and interpret information accurately to facilitate seamless communication between clients, office staff and the team.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Document and report recurring customer issues to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
  • Positive Attitude:
  • Cultivate a positive and friendly atmosphere in all customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solutionoriented approach to customer service.

Required Experience and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Meticulous about ensuring that numbers and other data are correct, and tasks are completed on time and accurately.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Suite; familiarity using CRM and other software programs
  • Knowledge of light accounting practices and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with lawn maintenance/landscaping industry is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing and content creation is a plus
  • Experience working in the home service industry scheduling or dispatching is a plus

$25.00 per hour
