Description

JASON NEAL is seeking a dedicated leader with a strong drive to join our reputable organization. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will engage with our established base of 2,000 clients, cultivate new business opportunities, and guide a small team towards success. As you hone your skills and leadership abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client relationships
Explore new business prospects (B2B)
Supervise and drive team performance
Train team members on existing systems
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce CRM
Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passion for fostering relationships and assisting others
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Active engagement within the community
Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and personal transportation
45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
