    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position
    Location: Baton Rouge, LA

    Focused Staffing Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote work and on-site visits.
    • This is a hybrid position with 3 days in person and 2 days remote
    In this position, you will have a direct impact in enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support in our home and center-based ABA program. Providing supervision to the Behavior Technicians along with supporting the individuals in our program. Completing VB-MAPPs and assessments for new referrals, re-evaluations, and parent training. Developing child specific program books, including activities and data collection as well as behavioral/crisis plans. Supporting the Behavioral Technicians through implementation of the treatment goals, program book, IPOS, behavioral/crisis plans and documentation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
    • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior support staff.
    • Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and track progress through data analysis.
    Qualifications:
    • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • Louisiana BCBA Licensure
    • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
