- Serve as a leader for employees while encouraging teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
- Instruct, train, and monitor officers in their daily duties including customer and employee relations, report writing, handling company funds, and critical incident management.
- Monitor incident reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Initiate investigation processes cooperating with law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate staff to ensure compliance with all MotorCity policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Two years of security experience (or other alternative deemed appropriate).
- Three years supervisory experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an occupational license with the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
