- Bachelor's/University degree.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Banking Operations or Middle Office.
- Good understanding of treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including building spreadsheets and using macros.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
What You Will Be Doing- Responsible for securities transaction processing execution, Securities Clearance Settlement.
- Provide analytic support to traders and support review of Depository Receipts.
- Support an diverse set of products services.
- Follow established procedures to identify problems related to securities and derivatives settlement that require investigation or research.
- Assist in resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
- Deliver reports to satisfy management requirements, support control activities, and the launch of products services.
- Provide assistance in the implementation of process improvements.
- Minimize risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements – understand and monitor errors to adhere to audit and control policies (including reconciliation, payment and other processing systems).
- Timely management and escalation of all requests inquiries issues errors post settlement and throughout the process.
- Demonstrate an intermediate level of understanding of products and processes, and of how duties relate integrate with others in the team and closely related teams.
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of bank related systems.
- Utilize strong communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially complex sensitive information, while being sensitive to audience diversity.
