Your tasks
- Planning of construction projects in the areas of agricultural trade, feed production, grain mills, and workshops
- Contact person for the client in phases 1-5 of the HOAI
- Creation of building rights and participation in zoning procedures
- Management and coordination of design, approval, and execution planning, including the selection of necessary specialist planners
- Comprehensive support of construction execution in collaboration with project managers from the project construction team
Your profile
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field
- Practical experience in construction and project management required
- Basic knowledge of the German Building Code, State Building Regulations, HOAI, and BImSchG
- Proficient in common Microsoft software programs
You impress in interviews with your personality, confident demeanor, and good communication skills
