    Job Description

    Life Skills Training Center, Inc is seeking a dedicated Trainer/Job Coach to join their team.

    Schedule: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

    We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.

    As a Trainer/Job Coach, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to clients in their daily programming and activities.

    Job Summary:

    The Trainer will work closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor all training activities for staff.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Develop and deliver training materials for classroom use.
    • Maintain expertise in business processes and training programs.
    • Coach and mentor new hires to improve their performance.
    • Generate reports to track trainees' progress.
    • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness based on feedback.
    • Create assessments tied to training objectives.
    • Coordinate training schedules based on departmental needs.
    • Build strong relationships with internal customers for course development.
    • Perform any other assigned duties.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
    • Leadership qualities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Detail-oriented with analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
    • Analytical mindset to review reports and documentation.
    • Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
