Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the database for debtor and creditor addresses
  • Creating collective orders in HSD Nova
  • Entering and checking orders, as well as conducting audits in HSD Nova
  • Inventory management of medical equipment
  • Managing equipment loans and equipment logs
  • Comparing data (new and old equipment) with asset accounting
  • Contract management

Your profile

  • Completed training as an office clerk or a comparable qualification, preferably with a technical or business background
  • Experience with CAFM systems, HSD Nova, and SAP is desirable
  • Skills in quality management
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling and workflow control
