Our Crisis Services Team is seeking a flexible and dynamic individual to support and facilitate the day-to-day clinical needs of our Mobile Triage and Crisis Stabilization Unit programs.

As Crisis Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical consultation, supervision, training, and development to our Crisis Services team, while working collaboratively with existing Program Managers.

You will also be able to offer and support direct clinical intervention services in individual and small group settings.

• Oversee the clinical functions and integrity of the Crisis Programs, including consultation, treatment planning, service delivery, staff development and supervision, documentation, and clinical record keeping.
• Provide brief clinical therapy, mental health and cooccurring, to clients in both Residential (CSU) and Outpatient (URS) settings.
• Participate in program development and evaluation of the Mobile Triage, CSU, and URS Programs.
• Provide oncall consultation and shift coverage.
• Attend to the presence of cooccurring disorders through screening, thorough assessment and referral and/or treatment within their individual scope of practice and competence.
• Collaborate effectively with substance use providers, crisis service providers and psychiatric service providers. When these providers are at Crisis & Counseling, they will participate in interprogram consultation in the interest of providing best practice integrated cooccurring services.
• Complete other related tasks as appropriate to the clinical needs of the Crisis Services continuum.

Requirements:


Education/Experience requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, LCSW or LCPC
  required

:

• 35 years of direct service experience in a mental health setting
• Experience with adults and children
  required

:

• Supervisory experience _preferred_

Hours:

This is a full time (40 hours/week), exempt position. Hours are generally 8:
00am-5:
00 pm, Monday through Friday, flexibility for both evening and weekend work is
required.


Location:

This position will be based out of our main office in Augusta, ME, with travel to off-site facilities
required.


Pay rate:

$29-$33/hour.
