provides expert and caring nursing services for intravenous drug administration to patients away from the hospital environment and in the home setting.

Our professional staff is highly experienced and consists of dedicated registered nurses who provide specialized treatment to adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients.


We are continuing to grow and need a Nurse Manager to assist with the oversight and management of our clinical leadership team and home infusion registered nurses.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the clinical leadership team and home infusion registered nurses.
  • Manage the RN training program for new and current RNs.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of nursing activities
  • Perform joint visits with RNs as required.
  • Manage Performance Improvement projects and data.
  • Provide clinical consultation to staff, healthcare professionals, and 3rd parties as needed.
  • Provide safe, professional, and costeffective nursing infusion therapy to all patients.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN License.
  • 5+ years of infusion experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Additional info:


  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • Monday-Friday, days
  • Compensation: $130,000$145,000, depending on experience.
  • Working in Wakefield, MA 23 days/week.
