Responsibilities:

• Ocean Export Handling
• AES Filing, Export Declaration, Ocean Booking with Carriers/Forwarders.
• Manage Service Contract w/Ocean Carriers
• Trucking Scheduling
• Develop POs and Invoices and implement export documentations.
• Implement Export Documentation (Inv., P/S, OBL, COA, etc.)
• Process payments
• Manage production schedules with each manufactures.
• Develop and maintain a nice relationships with shipping carriers, foreign customers and suppliers.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

• Ocean Export documentation: 3 years (required)
