Responsibilities:

Human Resources Manager

A desirable opportunity exists for a HR Manager to advise and counsel senior management and participate as a decision maker regarding employment and workplace practices.

This position contributes to the successful operation of the community as well as employee and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants are required t possess a minimum 5 years of prior HR generalist experience. Hospitality or senior living industry experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience is required.

Additional requirements include:

Leadership skils including the ability to act as a partner and think strategically.
Ability to organize and prioritize effectively to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
Excellent analytical and deductive reasoning skills, good judgment, problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication and platform speaking skills.
Ability to analyze and manage HR expenses.
Knowledge of federal and state laws, compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to manage external resources, e.g. contractors, vendors, agencies, etc.

Pay Range:
USD $77, USD $96,331.00 /Yr.
