Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
Provide product information and demonstrate product features
Assist customers with product selection and offer personalized recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or pointofsale (POS) systems
Handle cash handling and maintain accurate cash register balances
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus
Experience in jewelry sales or wireless sales is beneficial

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
