    Project Management Consultant
    Washington DC/Hybrid

    Support a program office by informing policy decisions using data-driven solutions.

    Provide support to engagement leadership to build and maintain strong client relationships and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced and rapid-fire environment.

    Track and manage fast-paced, ad-hoc projects that directly impact the public.
    Develop meeting agendas, facilitate customer meetings, and capture and distribute notes.
    Coordinate project planning activities among multiple vendors and teams.
    Support the client's day-to-day management of priorities and project budget.

    Develop project plans to include:
    High-level plans that include overall scope, project milestones, and timelines.
    Detailed plans for management of specific work efforts to ensure on-time delivery within time and budget.

    Interpreting complex data analytics solutions and communicating them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Develop informative and visually appealing briefings, reports, and other documentation for reporting to agency leadership.


    Requirements for this position include:
    4+ years of total experience including:

    2+ years of consulting experience
    2+ years of client-facing experience including keeping them updated on project progress, deliverables, and budget.
    2+ years leading teams.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and shifting environment.
    Project management skills.
    Master's degree in economics, statistics, or related field preferred.
    Mixed methods experience (qualitative/quantitative data analysis) highly preferred.
    Certified PMP preferred.
    Agile/Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
    Experience in 1+ statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS, Stata).
    Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis (focus groups, interviews, surveys).
    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
    Process management and documentation skills.
    US Citizenship required.
