The position:


What you will do:

Investigate, report and write articles on issues involving air and water quality, climate change, energy, agriculture and other environmental matters that impact public health and public policy.

Hours range between 20-25 per week at a rate of $25 per hour.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional journalist
  • Proven track record of producing scoops, indepth profiles, investigations and other stories
  • Portfolio of written, audio or video reporting reflecting skill set
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for copy and content editing stories
  • Ability to produce daily and/or weekly content as needed
  • Interest and/or expertise in environmental and health news

Details:

This is a part-time position that can be based remotely. This position may evolve into full-time.
