Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for establishing a consistent learning landscape for specific professional groups within our organization and supporting us on our path towards structured personnel development

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the learning landscape (trainings and other development opportunities) for specific, predominantly technical target groups.
  • You will create roles and job profiles for the target groups, using interview and workshop formats.
  • You will assess the training needs and other development opportunities for the target groups.
  • You will develop internal learning offerings or create new training concepts in collaboration with our design team, and ensure the quality of the learning offerings. You will always keep the needs of the target group in mind.
  • You will also participate in exciting and challenging corporate projects in the development field, or lead them independently.

Qualifications:


  • You have a degree in business with a focus on psychology, pedagogy, human resources, business administration, adult education, or a comparable education and training.
  • You have several years of successful experience in a similar position with a focus on personnel development/learning/development/talent management, ideally in a technicallyoriented corporate environment.
  • You have strong project management skills and ideally have experience with agile working methods.
  • You are fluent or proficient in English and are open to occasional travel.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, but also enjoy being part of a team.
