We are looking for a reliable and competent team member (m/f/d) with a dedicated and team-oriented personality to strengthen and coordinate our shipping team at our location in Wüstenbrand, Ishpeming, MI.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of shipping processes within the shift, providing information to employees and logistics partners
Timely and quality preparation and picking of finished goods
Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
Packaging and checking of finished and semifinished goods for shipping readiness
Proper storage and retrieval in the highbay warehouse
Creation and verification of shipping documents
Inventory management
Internal transportation between departments
Ensuring compliance with warehouse regulations
Participation in inventory counts
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the shipping area

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in warehouse and shipping
Several years of experience in shipping
Training and several years of experience in operating forklifts, including reach trucks
Knowledge of highbay warehouses is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts
Resilience, reliability, accuracy, flexibility, and team spirit
Good written and spoken German skills
