This position requires U.S Citizenship, a DoD Security Clearance (NOT ACCEPTED - H1B, F1, or Greencard/Permanent Resident), and the ability to work onsite (remote/telework is not an option) - no exceptions.
Job Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to RDT&E/weapon and weapon systems/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for project management, documentation, change control management and data management.
Provide Project Planning Services by developing and maintaining Integrated Government Schedules (IGSs) using scheduling best practices from the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Integrated Program Management Division Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
Generate reports and metrics using Microsoft Project and OnePager Tools.
Support project meetings.
Some travel may be required.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
10 years experience and a MA/MS degree OR 12 Years experience and BA/BS degree
A senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and OnePager tools.
