As a Front Desk Agent & Technician at Bellaire Massage Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and care during and between sessions


Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage scheduling and client outreach
  • Update and maintain client records in Bellaire Massage app
  • Comply with all laws & regulations, including HIPAA
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
  • Marketing Support:
  • Develop social media marketing materials to promote BMT services and offerings
  • Coordinate with web and other graphic design resources

Technician Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
  • Set up clients on various equipment including NeurOptimal, Infrared Sauna, AO Scan, PEMF Mat, Dolphin MPS, red light therapy, and more.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Transition rooms and equipment between clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Support:
  • Provide assistance and support to clients during their sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Address any questions or concerns clients may have regarding the equipment or session procedures
  • Assist with scheduling appointments

Job Functions:


  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling using our scheduling software (e.g., Schedulicity)
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients, prospective clients, and vendors
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts to promote BMT services, events, and specials (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Living Social)
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating flyers, posters, and digital content using tools like Canva
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Collaborate with massage therapists and other team members to ensure optimal client experience
  • Continuously update and maintain client records and database accurately
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
  • Previous experience with customer service or marketing, preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No criminal history (Background check required)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for wellness and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles and tools

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:


  • Familiarity with Apple/Mac products
  • Experience using cloudbased apps such as AppSheet, Canva, or similar tools
  • Experience with equipment such as NeurOptimal, Infrared Sauna, AO Scan, PEMF Mat, Dolphin MPS and other equipment
