We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our store in Cologne Schildergasse.

This position, reporting to the store manager, requires a creative and passionate individual who can provide a unique and exceptional customer experience and take on the daily operations of the store in the absence of the manager.

Senior Sales / Team Leader (m/f/d) - Cologne Schildergasse - Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Fulfilling all store operations, such as receiving deliveries, recording start and end of day, conducting inventories, restocking inventory, etc.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Conducting cash transactions in accordance with store procedures
• Handling complex customer inquiries
• Assisting the leadership team in coaching and mentoring new team members
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager, including opening and closing for short periods of time
• Performing other reasonable tasks assigned by the store leadership team

Senior Sales / Team Leader - Cologne Schildergasse - (store) - Basic requirements:

• Similar experience in key holder roles (opening and closing the store), preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand
• Strong customer service skills
• Salesoriented mindset goaldriven and able to support the team in achieving business objectives
• Good understanding of team leadership and sales promotion
• Professional, yet authentic and confident demeanor
