We are a medical center for orthopedics and trauma surgery in Heidelberg (soon also in Mannheim), located in the Salutem Praxisklinik Heidelberg.

Here, we provide conservative and surgical treatment for our patients. Surgeries (outpatient and inpatient) are performed in the state-of-the-art operating rooms of the Salutem Praxisklinik.

At our general surgery practice in Heidelberg Pfaffengrund, we treat accidents, occupational accidents, and perform outpatient general surgical procedures.

At our location in Kirchheim, we offer our patients conservative orthopedic, sports medicine, and pediatric orthopedic care.

Your responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
Patient consultation and data management
Appointment preparation and organization
Informing callers about the organizational structures and services of the medical center

We are looking for:

Independent and structured work style with a high quality standard
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Dedicated and reliable personality
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Previous experience in the medical field (doctor's office/medical center) is required
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Proactive and strong communication skills
