  • Demonstrates effective and efficient communication processes and skills.
2. *Demonstrates the ability to prioritize.

3. *Manages the coordination and communication of meetings and appointments.

4. *Seminar, workshop and travel arrangements are coordinated and expense reports processed.

5. *Efficiently manages incoming and outgoing correspondence/mailings.

6. *Demonstrates customer oriented telephone skills.

7. *Maintains confidentiality of Departmental communication.

8. *Manages data entry into electronic UM system.

9. *Electronic and manual filing system organized for expedient access of information.


EXPERIENCE

Required:
At least two years of administrative secretarial or office managerial experience is necessary


Required:
High school graduate.


Preferred:
Business school or college graduate.
