Riverland Administrative Management in the Participation Management Department (m/f/d)

The VBL, headquartered in Karlsruhe, is Germany's largest supplementary pension institution for public sector employees and serves approximately 5.1 million insured persons and 1.5 million pensioners.

For the Participation Management II department, we are looking for several participants for our internal specialist qualification for Administrative Management in Participation Management (m/f/d) starting on November 1, 2024.

The Participation Management II department is the first point of contact for participating employers at VBL for questions regarding the implementation of occupational pension schemes.

The department is responsible, among other things, for the entire processing of reporting and accounting procedures. In addition, inquiries from employers regarding the implementation of occupational pension schemes and VBL expenses are answered.

In order to prepare you comprehensively for tasks in the Participation Management II area, you will first complete a 16-month, modular specialist qualification program that combines theory input and practical assignments in various departments.

You will complete each training section with internal exams, for which you will receive intensive preparation.

A successfully completed VBL specialist qualification is often a prerequisite for filling higher positions in core departments and is therefore your key to a career at VBL.

The contract duration is based on the duration of the qualification and is initially limited to two years.
