SCOPE - The Port Authority is looking for an organized, highly motivated individual, capable
of completing assignments with little to no supervision. Under the general supervision of the
EOC for Contract Administration and the Manager for Contract Compliance perform duties
that are diverse in nature in support of project management operations and administration of the
agency's MWSDOVBE Programs
Daily compliance activities include:
- Represent and handle duties and responsibilities of the Manager for Contract Compliance in
- Manage administration and operation tasks relating to various MWSDVOBE compliance
- Prepare MWDBE subcontracting participation goals analysis based on contract scope.
- Assist with ongoing user training, and support for contractors performing on Port Authority
- Using system data, prepare analysis, status, and ad hoc reports for internal and external use,
- Utilizing B2Gnow system, review and reconcile incoming data from SAP system.
- Utilizing LCPtracker system, perform administrative oversite of contract prevailing wage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend
- Monitor contractor performance/progress and prepare contract status reports including early

- Participate in contract progress meetings, including prebids, low bids, and compliance goal
- Assist with tasks relating to the Port Authority's Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), including
mitigate issues encountered.
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE FILING: ELECTRONIC AND/OR MANUAL
REQUIREMENTS - Independent analysis and exercise of judgment in task execution.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in conjunction with conflicting
priorities and deadlines while navigating multiple database systems and other relevant

Skill requirements - Must possess exceptional data management and computer skills, including
Microsoft Office suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ad
hoc reports. The selected individuals will be trained to input information into PA programs.
Desirable:
- Experience working in the construction industry or related environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Port Authority and Federal guidelines related to MWSDBE
- Knowledge of federal Davis-Bacon and NY/ NJ state wage rules.
- Familiarity with the agency's Affirmative Action goals as it relates to construction contracts.
- Familiarity with SAP system; Knowledge of B2Gnow and LCPtracker software systems is
