    Position:
    Technical Support Associate
    What You'll Do
    Work directly with customers through all communications channels including walk-in, phone, email, chat, messaging, social post commenting
    Serve happiness and solutions to customers, regardless of the situation
    Work collaboratively with T Sportline Engineering department to root cause problems and make improvements to products, whenever possible
    Use basic smart phone photo and video shooting skills, adequate for visually communicating with customers
    Develop skills for navigating our back-end software systems for order entry, order and tracking look-up, and product inventory research
    This job is full-time 'in office', not 'work from home'
    Who You Are
    Experience dealing with retail customers (e-com or store)
    You are comfortable and good at talking on the phone with customers
    You are good at typing responses & use proper grammar and spelling
    You are comfortable and remain calm when dealing with customers
    You are happy to chat with customers in person in our showroom
    Passion and patience for working with customers and helping solve technical problems
    Tech savvy, up to speed on smart phones, consumer electronics, car parts and accessories, automotive enthusiast parts
    Cars and electric vehicles, experience modifying cars preferred
    Entry level, we can train you - or preferred 2+ years of experience in working in customer service
    Experience in working with an ecommerce-based enthusiast product company preferred
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, not required
    Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
    Excellent grammar and spelling skills and ability to use tools to ensure communication quality
    Reasonably proficient on social media platforms
    Enjoy with working in a fast-paced environment
    Organized with strong project management ability
    Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross functional departments to produce the best content possible.
    Ability to travel occasionally to shows and events.

    Atlanta, GA
