We are seeking a highly motivated and organized, proactive Administrative Assistant with a background in marketing or commerce to support the CEO of our companies.


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during sessions.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the CEO including daily correspondence and calls.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports that inform decisionmaking processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for the CEO.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring all deadlines are met with highquality deliverables.
  • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to handling confidential documents, liaising with other departments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business functions and metrics within the marketing or commerce sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

$65, $80,637.98 per year
