Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Assist with inquiries from clients and guests in a courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customerfacing role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
