    A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative- Residential - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus:
    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Direct Sales RepresentativeLocation: Dallas, TXUnlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions

    Opportunity to earn a targeted compensation up to $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition with a $34,000 base salary

    We offer a $34,000 base with a commission plan that allows you the freedom to exceed quota.

    Where you will work:
    This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our organization in the greater Dallas, TX marketThis individual will be based in the field, with the ability to travel into the nearest office as needed A Day in the Life of the

    Direct Sales Representative:

     Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sourcesAggressively pursue any leads provided dailyUnderstand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolioDistribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awarenessReview and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligationsUnderstand customer needs and articulate solutionsAttend mandatory sales meetingsReport sales statistics accurately and promptly to managementStay up to date with what the competition is doing in your marketWhat You Bring to the Table: Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environmentEnjoys working outdoors "on the hunt" since 90% of all work is in the fieldExcellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skillsYou have a positive, creative and persuasive personalityMust be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomouslyMust be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skillsYou are sales-quota drivenMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat You Bring to the Table: You're passionate in connecting with potential customers and bringing them the joy of our productsYou're driven to succeed in every situation presentedYou're resilient and adapt to an ever-changing environmentVisit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up ordersProtected Territory with excellent training/mentoringAdjusted Quota during your ramp-up periodWe provide flexible schedulingThis is a face-to-face and door-to-door position.

    It's not easy for everyone, however, the base salary and uncapped commission compensation is designed for excellent earnings potentialOther duties as assignedEducation and Certifications:

    Base Salary:

    The base salary range in Texas for this position is $34,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.

    It is specific to Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.


    Commissions at plan:
    Uncapped commissions with targeted commissions at full attainment could be up to or over $50,000 annually.

    Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus:

     We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical/dental, paid vacation and sick time as well as a 401(k), and certain candidates may qualify for a signing bonus up to $5,000.
