    $10K Sign on bonus - Full time - Nights - Registered Respiratory Therapist at Methodist Health System summary:

    Full-time night Registered Respiratory Therapist role (12-hour nights, 36 hours/week) at Methodist Dallas Medical Center providing evidence-based pulmonary care, diagnostic testing, and multidisciplinary collaboration for acute care patients.

    Requires Texas RCP license, NBRC registration or eligibility, BLS (and ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable within one year), and at least six months of respiratory care experience.

    Position emphasizes patient experience, professional growth, teamwork, and offers a $10K sign-on bonus in a large Magnet-designated teaching hospital with specialized services.

    Your Job:


    In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients.

    The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence based protocols.


    Your Job Requirements:

    • Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) by the state of Texas
    • Current Basic Life Support certification required
    • Advanced Cardio Life Support, NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support where applicable certification - must obtain within 1 year of hire)
    • Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
    • If Certified, must be Registry eligible and obtain Registered status within 6 months of hire
    • At least 6 months respiratory care experience
