The Home Manager ensures that the Care Specialists provide a safe and quality home environment to our Residents, as well as promoting optimal personal growth and development of staff.

• Day to day operations of the Home and the quality performance of the staff assigned to the Home.
• Developing the Resident Care Plans by working closely with the Leadership Team for the Home.
• Ensuring that the Home achieves and maintains occupancy goals
• Ensure efficient operations and compliance with the financial goals established in the approved budget
• Responsible for providing safe and quality home environment of Home through quality assurance audits and training.

• Possess a genuine fondness for older adults
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related health care field,
  and/or a minimum of
  two to three years of related experience as a Home/Manager in a health care and/or assisted living Home

• A minimum of 23 years of previous experience as Supervisor of staff, with a demonstrated track record of management and team building skills.
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends and willing to travel as required by job responsibilities.
