The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and continuing education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and businesses at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Kaiserslautern. We welcome applicants with no previous experience in this field.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Scheduling consultation appointments
  • Telephone customer service and support
  • Coordinating and monitoring appointments
  • Data entry and order processing
  • General office tasks
  • Communication with branches, customers, and external partners
  • Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
  • Office organization

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and team orientation

  • Experience with computers and software, and willingness to learn new systems
