- Deliver prevention education programs to adults and/or youth who are referred to the Agency or walk in across a broad continuum
- Develop program content, enhance program environment, and prepare all program materials.
- Respond to external inquiries regarding prevention education programming
- Refer program participants to other community services, as needed
- Partner with prevention staff to plan, promote, and implement Agency-sponsored prevention activities and events
- Prepare daily activity logs, quarterly reports, and other required documentation
- Has worked with medical health record
- Comfortable with online conferencing platforms
- Great communication skills - adaptable in communication with youth vs. adults
- Registered Applicant License (RA) for Prevention within six months of hire
- Understanding of Medical Health Records
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social work or another related field
- Valid driver's license

- 2-5 years experience in prevention services /training delivery
- Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist (OCPS)

- Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
