    Key Account Coordinator at established international distributor.

    • $60-70K + commission
    • Full benefit
    • Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (Flex)
    • English fluency with bilingual ability in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese OR Spanish is highly preferred
    • Related experience (Key account coordinator or similar) is required

    Requirements of the Key Account Coordinator:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • English fluency with bilingual ability in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese OR Spanish is highly preferred
    • At least 2 years experience as a key account coordinator, or related roles
    • Experience and knowledge in EDI is a big plus
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in MS Office (Strong Excel Skill is needed)
    • Good phone manner and problem solver
    • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
    • Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers

    Responsibilities of the Key Account Coordinator:

    • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Other related duties and administrative duties

    Employment Type: Direct Hire – Exempt

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (start time flex between 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.)
