Your goal:


As a true organizational talent, your focus is on carrying out all administrative processes for our HAFN family companies in North Liberty.

You represent our company in person and over the phone as the "good soul" and provide competent and helpful support to our employees and external customers.

You are the first point of contact, work closely with our team leader in the operational area, and together, you develop this area further.


Your tasks:
You keep our office management running smoothly and have an eye for a well-organized office.

You are innovative and come up with new ideas to make it a pleasant environment for our employees, customers, and service providers.

You have a particular knack for bookkeeping and find it easy to handle the listed topics.

You also coordinate with the financial accounting of our tax consultant, handle invoicing, record and pre-account incoming invoices, monitor and control outgoing invoices, manage payments, and handle reminders.

You enjoy coordinating our service providers and organizing them in day-to-day operations. You are familiar with travel management and book trips and review expenses with the necessary care.

You feel comfortable in people management and enjoy tasks such as personnel organization, personnel administration, employment contract management, and feel-good management.

You bring new ideas to the table.


Our requirements:
You have completed training in a commercial profession, a business-related field, or have a comparable qualification and have around two years
