Responsibilities:

-
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. ES will also receive warm transfers from the AS (Application Specialist) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction for the student experience.

Troubleshooting:Assist in resolving issues or challenges that may arise during the enrollment process with technology and/or student platforms. Collaborate with relevant departments to address concerns raised by students or parents.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Degree:

High school diploma required; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Experience

This is an entry level position.
You are required to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Basic Functions

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions

process providing quality customer service to students and their parents/guardians with program

Orientation.

The Enrollment Specialist enrolls students in their first course and successfully transfers students to their Mentor to begin their education journeys.


The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the Enrollment Specialist is the 50% completion rate of enrollment documentation package for all activated students.
