Qualifications

We're seeking a strong, independent strategic thinker and leader with: - Current California RN license - BSN degree required - Master's in a healthcare-related discipline preferred - CPHQ Certification, highly desired - Three or more years of direct patient care/clinical experience, required - Five or more years of quality/patient safety experience, preferred - Ability to supervise daily quality operations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Experience using data to drive process improvements - Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office UCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and more than 270 community-based clinics throughout Southern California.
