    Description

    Our client is a development corporation is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Consultant to work in their leasing offices in the D.C. area. The role has a lot of room for internal growth within a company located in a great area The hours are 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. 5 days/week (this includes working Saturdays with the frequency of Saturday work depending on the season/need-- weekends are when commissions are the greatest, making it a highly desirable schedule for marketing consultants). They are looking for someone who is looking to kick off their career--this is especially great for recent graduates

    Status: Direct Hire

    Salary: $50K + Commission

    What You'll Do:

    • Help lead and schedule tours
    • Run the social media accounts
    • Handle follow-ups and updates on the property

    Job Requirements:

    • Friendly and motivated individuals
    • Professional and presentable
    • Fully vaccinated
