Commercial Management (m/f/d) in the technical medium-sized company in East Westphalia

In order to realize these ambitions, structures and processes are to be further developed and professionalized.

As part of a short-term succession plan, we are now looking for a qualified executive who will take on the commercial management and help shape the entrepreneurial vision together with the technical managing director.

Your tasks:
Responsible management of all commercial tasks within the company: accounting, controlling, consolidation, liquidity management as well as IT and HR
Responsible handling of all audit and tax issues as well as regulatory tasks and coordination with external consultants, especially the annual auditor
Establishment and further development of the reporting system (including related KPIs) as well as responsibility for and further development of financial risk management
Control and key figure-based monitoring of production (in cooperation with the authorized officer)
Leadership and support of negotiations in purchasing with major suppliers, approval of invoices
Monitoring of inventory levels and optimization of inventory management
